Absolutely Fantastic! If you are wondering about trying this small business, I would highly recommend them! I had an AC malfunction this summer and got a quote from a large highly rated company. The repair quote sounded a bit high and so did buying a new replacement. I found a JC Hot or Not magnet on furnace and thought I’d give them a call. I described the issue over the phone and the recommended repair. He gave good honest advice and I decided to give them a try. When he came out to verify the problem he gave me a quote several hundred less than the other big company and the work included a few other preventative components. More for less!
I really trusted his advice, they did great work, and I’ m really glad I gave them a try.

If you're going to purchase a furnace, Jeremy Cooper (JC)is "THE ONE" you should deal with. He installed a new Energy Efficient Carrier furnace in our home. He's been in the business for years and knows the products he sells inside and out. He installed our furnace himself ,not a crew of strangers. He's an honest, personable, special person. Our new furnace was a little shorter than the one we were replaced so he had a custom piece of metal fab'd to give the install a professional clean look. Jeremey has installed and maintained my sister-in-law furnace in a couple of their houses over the past several years and she speaks of him very highly. This past week I was in the need of getting my furnace repaired or replace so I called Jeremey and he was able to come over and take a look at my problem. He gave me several options of fixing the problem to get some more operating time out of my old furnace or replace the system. So, I went with replacing the furnace and A/C unit which even there he was able to give me some options on different units and prices. He also explained what was the difference between each one and the pros and cons. The price he gave me was very reasonable after what I�ve heard what other people paid using other companies. He had the old system out and the new one installed in one day. He�s a very nice guy, sincerer and gives professional advice/instructions on how to maintain your equipment and if I have any trouble just give him call.

In September 2013 Jeremy removed and replaced our existing furnace & air conditioner, and removed some of the duct work in a bonus room, then installed larger ducts and vents to provide for increased heating and cooling in the room. I am very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work performed. Jeremy was on time for all appoitments from the intial quote to the completion of the job. There were others involved in the job, but it was clear that Jeremy was in charge and monitoring all areas of the job to his and my satifaction. Even after the quote, Jeremy initiated contact to let me know that Carrier had just offered a rebate that I would qualify, which lower the price for the job. I plan to use J.C. Hot or Not for all future HVAC needs.

After receiving what I thought was a reasonable quote from another company, I called Jeremy to get a second opinion to replace my old furnace and air conditioner. Jeremy arrived as scheduled and took the time to explain what options were available. After he left, I compared Jeremy's price to the other quote I received. It was an easy decision, Jeremy's price beat the competition by 20%. Jeremy arrived a few days later to install the new system and completed the change out in one day. As a contractor myself; I see a lot of equipment installations and Jeremy's quality is top notch. The pride he takes in his work is evident in his workmanship. After having several HVAC companies bid on the work I needed to improve cooling and add-on another room, I received a wide range of bids, the lowest being from a guy who didn't even look at what I had and what may need done to fix issues, but was quick to start pushing "new" products that "should" help out. After discussing with my Brother in-law, I received Jeremy as a referral. I was extremely impressed with not only his knowledge, but how open he was to discussing the issues I had and what he would do about it if it were his house, including holding off on certain options.
